Business cannot thrive if the entrepreneur is struggling. The AYESA Ghana Welfare Scheme is a community-funded insurance net. Members contribute to this pool, and in times of sudden health crises, bereavement, or extreme personal emergency, the association provides swift financial and emotional relief.
